River Action Day 2008

The second annual River Action Day was a huge success! Over two dozen participants from across the state met with, telephoned, and wrote to our legislators about the need for state policy and the plans set forth in the Alabama Water Agenda.  There was much receptive feedback from our legislators, with some choosing to endorse the Alabama Water Agenda, with the day proving to be educational and informative for citizens and legislators alike!
