*Does your organization rely on the same small group of leaders for each issue and activity?

*Do you use the same approach for each campaign or project, no matter what the goal?

*Do you find that even when you reach your goals, your organization hasn’t grown?

Then please attend this one-day workshop designed to help volunteers, staff, and board members to plan campaigns and projects that achieve their goals and strengthen your organization.  Register by June 1st.

The Campaign and Project Planning to Build Your Organization workshop provides training in planning and execution skills.  It also helps you mobilize new volunteers and nurture them into the leaders your organization needs for the future. Participants will:

+ Set goals for recruiting new volunteers and developing new leaders;

+ Plan the first phases of a campaign or project for your organization, using the ICL Campaign Planning Chart; and

+ Develop a calendar for the coming months, with activities for your campaign or project.

You are strongly encouraged to attend with a team of volunteers and leaders from your organization, so that you can make decisions and plan together during the workshop and support one another in implementing your plans after the workshop.

Visit ICL's website for complete information and to register.

Register online by June 1st - space is limited.

We hope you'll attend!

Cost: $110 for the first person; $70 for each additional person from the same organization. This fee includes the one-day workshop, all materials, and lunch. This workshop is made possible by generous support from the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation which allows us to offer it at a rate significantly below its estimated value of $250 per person.

About the Institute: Since 1990, the Institute for Conservation Leadership has worked to strengthen leaders, organizations, networks and coalitions that protect our Earth.  ICL offers public programs, custom-designed services, publications and tools to help groups more effectively accomplish their missions.
